My name is Chrissie Grace and I am the Owner and Director of Palette Art Studio in Winter Springs, Florida. After 20 years of teaching art in both public and private school settings, I opened my own Art Studio in Winter Springs, Florida. We teach after-school classes, homeschool classes, and camps. We also have a growing Wheel-Throwing community, and a very active party schedule.

My Story
If you know me, you know that art is my passion in life!
I have been creating since I was a young girl, and my journey has included many interesting and fun twists and turns.
I have created murals and mosaic installations for the City of Orlando. I have written and published four instructional art books for Northlight Publishing, and created many designs that were licensed for gift and home decor lines, including a greeting card line with Leanin' Tree. I have ran a successful online shop for many years, where I sell my own paintings and mixed-media work. The work that I most proud of though, is teaching.
I earned my Bachelors Degree in Art Education from the University of Central Florida and my Masters Degree in Art Education from The Art of Education.
My personal philosophy is that there is no better place to learn than in an art room. Not only because we learn about art techniques, art history, the world and culture, but because we learn about ourselves. Art is where we can not only make mistakes, but we can celebrate them. Art is where we get a chance to be ourselves and be free to express our emotions. Art is a place where there is no right or wrong, there is just space to be creative and messy and explore new ideas.
