Using PEP or Unique Abilities Scholarship?

Palette Art Studio is a direct provider for families using PEP or Unique Abilities scholarship funds.

Step 1 : Reserve your funds in EMA

  • Check class availability on the Palette Art Studio website first before reserving scholarship funds.

  • In EMA, reserve funds for the same number of Fall B classes you plan to register for through Palette Art Studio.

  • You may reserve funds for all of your Fall B classes at once. Be sure to note the class code listed in each class description.

  • If scholarship funds are not available yet, you may need to pay upfront and request reimbursement later once funds become available.

Step 2 : Complete registration through Palette Art Studio

  • Return to the Palette Art Studio website and register for the same number of classes you reserved scholarship funds for in EMA.

  • At checkout, enter the class code from the class description into the Promo Code field.

  • The promo code will bring the eligible class balance to $0.

  • Classes paid for with scholarship funds and classes paid for with personal funds must be completed as separate transactions.

  • If you reserved scholarship funds but your desired class becomes full, cancel those reserved funds in EMA/Step Up as soon as possible.

  • Scholarship funds are not refundable once Palette Art Studio collects them.
